Paradigm Group was already a well-known name in the commercial real estate industry; they simply needed to solidify their position with strong branding and a cohesive theme and tone throughout their materials.

By refining their brand identity and ensuring consistency across all mediums, we helped them achieve a much more professional and polished look. This resulted in significantly improved engagement on most pages.

Refining the visual identity

We began by revitalizing the logo, which already had a unique shape but definitely needed some refinement to push it to the next level. We maintained the overall shape to ensure brand recognition, but we cleaned up the lines and adjusted the positioning for a more polished look.

This update preserved the logo's familiarity for existing clients while giving it a fresh appearance. To complement the logo, we chose Exo, an experimental, clean, and modern sans-serif font that aligns perfectly with the architectural aesthetic of the brand.

Creating a dynamic online presence

Our main goal was to transform Paradigm's online presence into a dynamic and engaging platform. We designed a visually stunning and user-friendly website that showcases their expertise in the commercial real estate industry. The new site features a modern layout, custom designed navigation menu, and responsive design to ensure a seamless experience across all devices.

By integrating advanced functionality and interactive elements, we enhanced user engagement and provided a comprehensive view of their services and accomplishments. The revamped website not only solidifies their brand identity but also drives conversions and fosters long-term client relationships. Let's also not forget about the custom animation work.
Print and SIgnage

Updated UI based on branding, better UX, same functionality

We extended Paradigm Group’s visual language across all print, stationery, and signage materials. We designed elegant business cards and presentation folders that reflect the professionalism and sophistication of the brand. Each piece of stationery was crafted to create a lasting impression.

In addition, we developed eye-catching signage that reinforces the brand’s presence in physical spaces. This includes a For Sale sign designed to be legible and noticeable from even the farthest distances.
